BREN E. MOLLERUP has a diverse practice ranging from insurance defense to commercial litigation, family law, and defense of governmental entities. Mr. Mollerup joined the Benoit firm in 2009 after completing a judicial clerkship with the Honorable Randy J. Stoker, 5th District Judge in Twin Falls, Idaho, and became a firm partner in 2013. Mr. Mollerup has practical experience in a variety of industries. This practical experience allows Mr. Mollerup to more effectively understand the needs of his clients. He has worked in retail management, trucking/transportation, agriculture, and finance. Mr. Mollerup and his wife, Haylee, who grew up in Driggs, Idaho, wanted to raise their children in Idaho. For that reason, after completing law school, they moved their family to Idaho. They love the open spaces and outdoor activities that Southern Idaho offers.
