JENNIFER CROSS-EUTENEIER is a native Washingtonian who grew up in Seattle. 1994, she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Washington. After a brief stint in California, where she began law school at Whittier Law School, she returned to Seattle University School of Law and graduated cum laude with her Juris Doctorate in 1998. She was admitted to the Washington State Bar Association in October of 1998 and was admitted for practice into the Western District Court in 2002. Jennifer is a longtime Eagle Member of the Washington State Association for Justice.
Jennifer began working with David Vail in 1997 as an intern and was hired as an associate attorney in 1998. In 2005, she was made partner. Jennifer’s main focus since starting her legal career has been in the area of Washington’s Workers’ Compensation cases. She currently spends most of her time at the Board of Industrial Insurance Appeals litigating complex pension cases on behalf of injured workers and, from time to time, gets involved in questioning the law outlined in Title 51.
Jennifer likes to spend time with her family and stay in shape outside of work. She is an avid triathlete and participates in ½ Ironman races in her spare time.
