Judy Greenwood

Judy Greenwood founded the Law Offices of Judy Greenwood, P.C. in 1993 and has been litigating serious personal injury cases, with an emphasis on women and children’s injuries, since she began her practice. Many of Ms. Greenwood’s cases are medical malpractice cases filed on behalf of women and children against doctors and hospitals; Ms. Greenwood has had success in all manner of personal injury cases, however.

 

Ms. Greenwood graduated from Temple University in 1971 with a Bachelor of Science degree and from Rutgers University of Law in 1975 with a Juris Doctor degree. After graduating from law school, she worked as a public interest lawyer litigating on behalf of indigent clients both in state and federal court. Ms. Greenwood joined the personal injury firm Bernstein, Bernstein, & Harrison, where she became a partner and litigated cases involving medical malpractice, product liability, auto and trucking accidents, and workplace and recreational injury cases for the firm.

 

Since 1993, when Ms. Greenwood founded her firm, she has successfully litigated serious personal injury cases on behalf of her clients. She has provided compassion to her clients while aggressively pursuing their legal cases. Ms. Greenwood is a member of the American Association of Justice, the Pennsylvania Association of Justice, and the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association, where she has served on the Board of Directors. She is a member of the Pennsylvania and American Bar Associations. She has been a course planner for programs relating to medical malpractice and trial techniques. She has achieved excellent results for her clients.

 

Ms Greenwood has been recognized as a Top 100 Trial Lawyer by the National Trial Lawyers. She has been named a Top 10 Lawyer in the State of Pennsylvania. She was recognized by the National Law Journal and the Legal Network as a Top Rated Lawyer in Pennsylvania and has been listed by Arrive Magazine as one of the Top Women Lawyers in the Northeast. She has maintained the highest AV rating for her skills and ethics. She is a Fellow with the Litigation Counsel of America, acknowledging her proven trial skills.
