DAVID B. COTNER was born in Fort Lewis, Washington. Dave was admitted to the Montana State Bar in 1983 and is admitted to practice in the State of Montana District Courts, the Montana Supreme Court, the U.S. District Court, the District of Montana, the U.S. Court of Appeals, the Ninth Circuit, and the U.S. Tax Court.
