RYAN KROLL

RYAN KROLL, a partner at SSJ Law, has extensive experience in Personal Injury Litigation, Employment Litigation, Complex Business Litigation, Administrative Law, Gaming Law, and Land Use. Ryan has logged hundreds of hours representing clients in civil trials and hearings before various state agencies, planning commissions, and city councils.
Licensed to practice law in California, Washington, and Oregon, Ryan has represented plaintiffs and defendants in wrongful death cases, personal injury, insurance disputes, employment matters, and business and contract disputes. He is also an experienced gaming lawyer who has assisted many start-up gaming operations concerning state and federal gaming law compliance. Ryan has a vast knowledge of Indian Law and has participated in compact negotiations with the Governor of California on behalf of tribes.
With significant victories both as a trial attorney and as an appellate attorney, Ryan has six times been voted a “Rising Star” by Oregon SuperLawyers® and twice by Southern California SuperLawyers®, an honor bestowed on no more than 2.5% of young attorneys. In addition to graduating magna cum laude from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, Ryan earned a Master of Accounting degree and is a Florida-licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
Ryan loves playing guitar, wrestling tigers, reading, and running marathons and ultramarathons throughout the West Coast, but most of all, he loves chasing after his toddler twins.
