Luba Smal, Attorney At Law, is an attorney in private practice. Since 2004, she has been exclusively practising U.S. immigration law. Luba is empathetic, ethical, courteous and highly efficient. Before we accept a new client, we do intake and all necessary checks over email and phone and review your documents that you can email us.
Because we never outsource legal services, only an attorney will advise you, answer your questions, complete your applications, petitions and immigration forms, advise you about evidence, inform you about the status of your pending case, and follow up until your case is complete.
Attorney Luba Smal speaks English and Russian and holds two law degrees: a Juris Doctor Degree from Creighton University School of Law (Omaha, Nebraska, USA) and a Juris Doctor Degree from Grodno State University School of Law (Grodno, Belarus). Luba is admitted to practice law in Belarus (1994) and Nebraska, USA (2004).
For several years, Luba worked as a volunteer at the YWCA Domestic Violence Hotline and has experience assisting victims of domestic violence and abuse. Over the years, Luba successfully represented many clients in federal VAWA cases.
In her spare time, Luba enjoys travelling, hiking, exploring, learning, reading and listening to audiobooks, and gardening, and she usually works on an amazing and fun knitting project or two.
